Location Location Location – Bentley House In Issaquah

The Bentley House Condominiums have picked what for many may be a perfect location. Note some of the reasons:
Traffic and travel. For many this is the number one consideration. The jump in gas prices amplified this point. Sure it has dropped considerably, but for many driving habits have changed permanently. For sure, people are looking to reduce travel and congestion. Bentley House, located on the westerly part of Issaquah offers quick access to Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, and Maple Valley. Location to shopping is hard to beat: Costco, Target, Gilman, Front Street, Bellevue Square, even Redmond via Lake Sammamish Parkway is reasonable and with some of these, very very close.
Location to schools. The famous Issaquah Schools: Issaquah High School, Pine Lake Middle School, and the first choice of many – Sunset Elementary.
Location to Recreation: Recreation, how about 35 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass or 5 minutes to Lake Sammamish State Park?
