As an experienced REALTOR (c) focused on Issaquah, the Eastside of Lake Washington, and Maple Valley we often deal with the location issue.
The Bentley House Condominiums have picked what for many may be a perfect location. Note some of the reasons:
Traffic and travel. For many this is the number one consideration. The jump in gas prices amplified this point. Sure it has dropped considerably, but for many driving habits have changed permanently. For sure, people are looking to reduce travel and congestion. Bentley House, located on the westerly part of Issaquah offers quick access to Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, and Maple Valley.
